International Yoga Show London Olympia Review
International Yoga Show attended by thousands of many interested Yogis from the UK and all over the world - Magna Yoga Sanctuary attended in an exhibiting capacity as well as Suzanne presenting a Yoga and Meditation open class on the main stage - the energy was formidable kindly exchanged between all - an experience and so graciously received.
The 102 Yoga aid sun salutations that many practised to raise monies for charity commendable.
I have now returned to the beloved Magna Yoga Sanctuary set in rolling countryside & nature surrounding the Fontmell Magna Yoga Sanctuary a place of peace quiet and calm.
Autumn is upon us..the countryside is a myriad of colour, form and nature sunshine streams through the windows of the chapel studio creating energy and light when practising our asanas and meditation to restore after our venture to the city.
Bright lights, energy vitality of the city yes maybe but returning to the calm and meditative solace of the countryside and the inner sanctum of the chapel studio - creates its own energy to rejuvenate, re-energise and restore.
One's foray to the city necessary to enable an awareness amongst other yogis to share this beautiful Yoga Sanctuary with others...
We count our blessings for such a wonderful place to further our growth spirituality through our Yoga and Meditation.
Namaste
